General Payment Terms

All Sales are Final. When you purchase something on StudioGangstas.net you must pay for it. This includes all taxes, shipping, and fees. The terms of a transaction are governed by the terms of the transaction at the time its first originated..

There are no warranties or guarantee's of any kind. None expressed. None implied.

We reserve the right to cancel any transaction if we believe the transaction violates these terms or for any reason extending beyond these terms.

We reserve the right to refuse to allow anyone we choose the right to access StudioGangstas.net.

Additional Payment  Terms

By agreeing to these terms you also agree to all terms stated in the following policies Terms and Conditions & Privacy Policies. Where there is conflict with any other StudioGangstas.net Policy - Payment terms will be the governing policy.

1. If you are under 18 years of age you must have your parent or legal guardian authorize or execute any transaction.
2. StudioGangstas.net reserves the right to obtain preapproval before any transaction regardless of amount. Your card will be charged after preapproval is obtained.
3. When you buy something from StudioGangstas.net you authorize us to collect and store your transaction information.
4. Regardless of method of payment if your payment results in any fee's from your payment provider those fees will be paid in total by you.
5. We may make inquiries directly or through third parties to confirm your identity and creditworthiness.
6. We reserve the right to engage law enforcement if we believe you are breaking the law or are going to do so in the future.
7. We reserve the right inform your payment provider if any transaction results in a loss for StudioGangstas.net.
8. If you purchase any goods or services from StudioGangstas.net and your payment is late by 30 days or more we can take action to collect these balance due amounts using other collection methods. You agree to pay all expenses associated with these methods including attorneys fees.
9. Late payment shall be subject to penalty fees of 1% per month from the due date until the amount is paid.
10. For any unauthorized transactions on your account you will immediately notify StudioGangstas.net and your payment provider.
11. For any disputed payments you agree to submit all claims against us within 30 days or waive your rights to any claims against us - forever.
12. Any fee's incurred by StudioGangstas.net due to payments made or accepted by you shall be paid by you. This includes but is not limited to fines, reversals, and fee's.
13. Any fee's incurred by you due to payments made or accepted to you and a third party shall be paid by you or the third party. . This includes but is not limited to fines, reversals, and fee's.
14. Any third party transactions you enter in to on StudioGangstas.net are completely between you and the third party. StudioGangstas.net in no way warranties, guarantees or even confirms the transaction.Any disputes will be handled between you and the third party and YOU MAY NOT use StudioGangstas.net to post your dispute threads. All disputes between third parties will be handled off of StudioGangstas.nets website. While we may get involved if we think we need to we are in no way obligated to get involved in any third party disputes,
15. If any country restricts payments to StudioGangstas.net nothing in these terms should construed to supersede any Foreign laws or regulations.
16. Addtional payment terms for Advertising
17. All the above provisions apply to advertisers as well. In addition the following is a list additional terms you are agreeing to ;
    1. You can cancel or remove an advertising order through your account on StudioGangstas.net. Your advertising fee will still be charged in full for any order you have made. Your adds mays still appear for a while but we will get them down as quickly as possible.
    2. You should never share your account login or password with anyone. You are responsible for your accounts security
    3. Late payments shall be subject to late fees of 1% per month from the due date until the amount is paid.
    4. If a dispute arises between StudioGangstas.net and an Advertising Client the parties will try in good faith to settle it through mediation. The parties will share the costs of the mediator equally. Each party will cooperate fully and fairly with the mediator and will attempt to reach a mutually satisfactory compromise to the dispute. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days after it is referred to the mediator, it will be arbitrated.
    5. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court that has jurisdiction over the matter. Costs of arbitration, including lawyers' fees, will be allocated by the arbitrator
